Subject: No version gets 0 on META.yml
After reporting this as a bug for CPAN, it seems it is a bug on Module::Build. If there is no VERSION on a module, Module::Build puts version 0 on META.yml. Thanks ambs

That would be an issue in Module::Metadata, not Module::Build. Closing this issue now. Leon
