Perl (Time::HiRes is part of the core distribution), but it is a problem at
the moment. It may be that Apache::Session is creating but not listing the
dependency in which case this needs to be propogated down.

Oops, I though I had removed this dependency before releaseing to CPAN.
(Time::HiRes is only needed for some statistics and make test will run also
without it). I fix it in the next release. Thanks for the hint.
