Subject: MYMETA.json should not be in tarball and MANIFEST
MYMETA.json/MYMETA.yml is a file that is meant to be generated on the user machine and not a file in the distribution tar ball. http://www.dagolden.com/index.php/479/mymeta-yml-in-the-wild/ In 0.81 (and some previous releases) the MYMETA.json of the author environment is leaked into the distribution.
