Subject: MooseX-Types tests seem to require Test::Spelling, but cpan doesn't automatically install it
Trying to install Dist::Zilla, but it requires MooseX-Types. And that won't test successfully unless Test::Spelling is installed. Looks like a missing prereq?

The test that needs Test::Spelling only runs if the RELEASE_TESTING environment variable is true. This should _never_ be true while you're installing stuff form CPAN. If it is, you'll have a lot of problems.
