Hi,
Could Module::Build::_discover_perl_interpreter() quote spaces in the
path to perl.exe?
I have Perl installed under c:\Program Files\perl\bin\perl.exe
(restricted environment, unfortunately). Using the unquoted path fails
to run perl.
The unquoted path I'm talking about shows up in the Makefile generated
within t/compat.t. Though it's only a test, I am afraid this may
resurface in real usage. (Fortunately, Module::Build itself does a very
good job in quoting $perl when invoking it directly. It's just when the
path ends up in Makefile.)
