The documentation is very thin on how to configure this. For example,
when I do "minicpan_webserver --port 8090", I get: "Please set up
minicpan at
/home/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.14.2/lib/site_perl/5.14.2/CPAN/Mini/Webserver.pm
line 138." Inspection of this code suggests that there is a
configuration option missing, but which one? The docs barely even
mention a .minicpanrc, and doesn't specify what it should contain.
Please update the documentation.
