Attached patch modifies DT tests to cope with a changed error message
emitted by the proposed rewritten DT:TZ. Only one such error message
is being tested, but six times in total across two test scripts
(36invalid-local).
Apart from that, DT passes its tests just fine against the new DT:TZ.
30future-tz runs a lot faster.
