Subject: Undeclared dependency on Test::Most
As per subject. Grep reveals http://search.cpan.org/grep?release=Siebel-Srvrmgr-0.01;string=Test::Most;n=1;C=0 it is used but nowhere declared as a dependency. Sample fail report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/20463689 Thanks,

Hello there, This should be already be fixed at least from release 0.03, which has Test::Most declared in the Makefile.PL, in the BUILD_REQUIRES hash key. http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/ARFREITAS/Siebel-Srvrmgr-0.03/Makefile.PL I believe this error should not happen anymore.
