Just starting to test out RT 4.0.5 to see what works and what doesn't
from our current setup and I have come across problems with RTx-Tags
0.25.
I see the following in /var/log/apache/error.log

Kevin Falcone made the following comment about it:
I'm betting it's building the status list in the old 3.8 way
rather than using the RT::Queue->ActiveStatusArray method which works in
3.8 and 4.0.
