Subject: No LICENSE in META.yml

Hi there.

I just wanted to point out in your META.yml, your LICENSE is currently "unknown".

Seeing in the description you state you are using the "perl" licensing terms, you perhaps want to add

 

LICENSE => 'perl',

 

in your Makefile.PL 

 

This indirectly influences the 'license' field on this page: https://metacpan.org/release/PHILIP/Test-Spec-0.40/

As well as the license array in the metacpan api data: http://explorer.metacpan.org/?url=/release/PHILIP/Test-Spec-0.40
