Subject: Please Provide License data. ( META.yml? )

Hi,

I know you're not actively maintaining this anymore, and its marked as deprecated, but there are still some things in CPAN that use it.

It would be great if you could specify a LICENSE somewhere, ideally in META.yml ( https://metacpan.org/source/SCR/MemHandle-0.07/META.yml ) so downstream know how to classify it.

( And for myself, its best if its in META.yml , then my tools can grab it via the METACPAN Api. I'd also be great if you could put the ABSTRACT field in while you're there =) )

If you don't have the time, don't sweat it =)
