metacpan is (mistakenly) considering you to supply the module Template
which is shadowing TT
But basically, those files don't belong in lib/ - instead you should be
looking at File::ShareDir - or at the very least sticking the templates
dir into no_index (but really, File::ShareDir - that's the cleaned up
sanified version of the template shipping stuff built for Catalyst :)
