01-raii.t test seems to deadlock on CentOS 6 with Perl 5.12

The test seems to lock up. Unsure if it's related to Bug #70835 but the patch from github does not seem to work on CentOS 6 either.

Hi, Would you mind testing this out again now, on version 1.00? I'm hoping it's fixed by some recent patches.

Oh hey.. This RT queue is the one linked off http://search.cpan.org/dist/Test-PostgreSQL/ but actually the bugs refer to Test-postgresql. Feel free to grab mine instead if you want though.

Marking as resolved.. There's been a lot of fixes since this bug was released, and original requester has not said anything to confirm if issue is still present.
