Subject: Missing Changes entry
The 4.0 release is missing a Changes entry. Presumably a lot changed between this release and the last one (two years ago); I'm eager to find out what! :)

Nothing exciting unfortunately - the only change was to remove checking an array with defined - return 1 if defined @{"${name}::ISA"}; + return 1 if @{"${name}::ISA"}; I've added it into the Changes file and I suppose I should release it soon. Although the release might just be "Add Changes for 4.0" :)
