Subject: LICENSE = 'unknown' in metadata.

Hi,

I just thought I'd point out a teeeny packaging glitch , and thats the LICENSE field in the metadata is incomplete.

"license: unknown"

And this field dictates what displays on this page: https://metacpan.org/release/AMBS/Config-AutoConf-0.19/  , and the absense of a valid license field somewhat hinders any automated use of the modules metadata.

I hope this nit-pick of a bug report is found to be useful.
