As a correction, I applied a different fix, because the problem is that it's supposed to try to connect to nothing.. and TEST-NET-1 is supposed to connect nowhere. The problem is that some networks give a fast fail, so we can't test on those. Applied the fix, now it should stop failing on everything again.
