I'm not sure which license this package use.
* lib/DateTime/Format/Flexible.pm POD says:

under the terms of either:

· the Artistic License version 2.0.
* LICENSE says:

So my questions are: GPLv1+ or GPLv2+? Artistic 1 or Artistic 2.0?
