Hi Gisle This bug has been forwarded from http://bugs.debian.org/657144 I wonder if you still apply fixes to this Module. It is clear to best use the perl integrated unicode support now. But In case if would update it could you apply the mentioned patch to suppress the warning? $ perl -e 'use Unicode::CharName;' defined(%hash) is deprecated at /usr/lib/perl5/Unicode/CharName.pm line 80. Fixed on master at https://github.com/msouth/Unicode-String also attaching as tarball.
