Missing tests after split from libwww-perl
It seems like the tests were simply forgotten at some point.

There is still one test left. I think it was the only one that actually tested this module.
This module is just legacy, so I don't care much about test coverage. I don't expect anyone to
install it unless they already had some running app that forced this handling of HTTP. The
module code itself will not be updated.
