Subject: Make Test::Manifest redefine ExtUtils subs at compile time
* redefine the runtests() stuff in Test::Manifest when it is loaded (make sure you load ExtUtils::MakeMaker first!) * use a "no warnings 'redefine'" to get rid of errors about doing that
