Bug #74056 for RT-Extension-Drafts: Drafts in Create.html Bulk.html

Hi, we the University of Oslo are using the rather nice drafts-extension, but some find it a bit inconsistent - there is no draft for new or bulk update. I looked into it briefly and can see that drafts are tied to a ticket, at the point where you are creating a ticket there is no ticket to tie it to. One could make some Attribute-objects named for instance draft-new and draft-bulk - add save/load-draft buttons into callbacks to Create.html and Bulk.html and all that. It would be awesome if you implemented this - if not I could probably do so and send you a patch... I do not really feel like maintaining too much local stuff in our RT. Mvh, Mikal Gule USIT/GAP/W3D

Hi, very late answer, sorry ... Did you managed to patch this? If so, I can include it in this extension. I unfortunatly lack time to add features :(

Hey Emmanuel, I did have a patch (or rather a test version running the changes) back then, but it never made it into production and some time after that we discontinued the use of the extension. And now I dont work (that much) with our RT instances any more. -M
