Subject: doesnt recurse properly
MatchDirs doesn't recurse past the first directory and therefore subdirectories are not copied.

So I'm assuming that you think that it should match against the full path and not just against the current list of directories? I agree that this is perhaps better behavior, because IIRC, the behavior is that it only looks at the current directory name to match against. I may end up adding a MatchPath option to incorporate this behavior so that in case anyone is actually using the previous behavior, it won't get clobbered.
