Subject: Undeclared dependencies
As per subject. http://search.cpan.org/grep?release=AI-NeuralNet-Kohonen-Visual-0.3;string=AI::NeuralNet::Kohonen|Tk;n=1;C=0 Depenencies on AI::NeuralNet::Kohonen and Tk are declared in the README but for automated installation and testing and packaging it would help to have them properly declared in the Makefile.PL.
