Andreas, Thank you for the report! For some reason I don't seem to be receiving these from CPAN Testers any more. I moved the failing test that depends on the html_entity filter to a new test file (t/html_entity.t) and skipped that test if neither HTML::Entities nor Apache::Util is available. This has been uploaded to CPAN in version 0.04. Best, Nick Patch
