As per subject.
Bleadperl has a newer base.pm that has not seen a separate release on
CPAN. So to see base.pm 2.18 in action you'd need a version of bleadperl.
You can then downgrade to RGARCIA/base-2.15.tar.gz to see that this is
the only parameter sufficient to get the tests passing.
