Subject: XML::LibXML is required in build though technically optional.
When installing version 0.09 I noticed that the build script requires XML::LibXML though XML::Atom now supports XML::XPath (which I already had installed) as a fallback option. The build script should check if either exists and only prompt the user if they are both absent.
