Bug #73481 for POE-API-Peek: Failed test 'session_memory_size(ID): memory size matches between runs'

I saw this ticket https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=73393 I suppose it was related, but 2.19 still cannot pass the tests with POE version 1.312 Here is the test report.
