Subject: Missing inclusion of YAML::Base
In the distribution, the file "inc/YAML.pm" uses the module "YAML::Base", but that modules is not located in the "inc" directory, nor is it listed among the requirements in "Makefile.PL". As a result, the distribution doesn't build with the "cpan" shell if the user doesn't have "YAML::Base" installed beforehand.

And my impression is that YAML::Base is deprecated anyway. It was included with I/IN/INGY/YAML-0.73.tar.gz but current version of YAML is 0.78. It's probably not intended for direct use.
