Hello,
I notice that the header of the generated opf file, has not the type of
character encoding specified.
For exemple :
the file toc.ncx has <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> in the header
the opf file has <?xml version="1.0"?> in the header
It should be more accurate.
