Subject: Adding triggers ?
Hi, Would be nice if your module could implement triggers too. Adding items via API is nice, but adding their correspondent triggers would be double nice ! thanks !

Hi, Thanks for using Zabbix-API. The github repository actually has partial support for triggers, which should trickle down to CPAN when it is sufficiently tested. In the meantime, you are welcome to check out https://github.com/fgabolde/Zabbix-API to see if it does what you're looking for. In particular dependency support is still missing. The next CPAN release should include reasonable trigger support but I can't promise it'll be released in time for Christmas, sorry :( Anyway, you are not the first user to ask for trigger support, so this will probably go to the top of my priorities as far as Zabbix-API is concerned. Hope this helps. -- FG

Hi, Thank you pointing me to github. I'm in hurry, so yesterday I test zabbixapi ruby interface. If I have time, I will test your trunk Thanks again! On Mon Dec 19 14:18:11 2011, FGA wrote: Show quoted text

Hi, Just to let you know that I have released on CPAN a trial version of Zabbix-API with trigger support (as well as basic action support). I'm marking this "resolved" for now, assuming everything is OK with the new trigger support.
