Install fails on a vanilla Strawberry perl build due to Proc::ProcessTable and Net::Pcap dependencies. Is it possible to make them optional requirements to allow the install on a Windows box? I've commented them out an the install seems to work fine.

Thanks for the bug report! For some reason I didn't see this ticket, so I didn't get on it until now. I think it should be fixed in the latest version (3.7.1) though I haven't tried yet in a clean install. Thanks again for the report.
