I've released a new version (0.32) that has, among other small fixes/cleanups, an extended expiration on the test keys (till 2006, by which time we'll all be using Python anyways :P)
I've uploaded it to CPAN, but if it hasn't shown up yet, and you can't hold it in, you can get it from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gnupg-interface/GnuPG-Interface-0.32.tar.gz?download
That has nothing to do with GnuPG::Interface; it's possible that the time on the machine you're testing is off.
