The cut-off seems to be 28 Feb 2011 23:16 UTC. Releases since then are not included. It looks like http://gitpan.integra.net/backpan-index.gz hasn't been updated since then.

It was in the crontab but I didn't set the PERL5LIB correctly and it was silently failing. Whoops. Updating the backpan mirror was in the same crontab so I never double checked. I've done a manual regeneration and it should be updating now every hour on the half hour. Please reopen if it doesn't.
