Thank you for reporting this bug. Class::Accessor has been added as a requirement for this package. As a note, is it necessary to list packages that are required to run the module also in the build requirements?

Runtime dependencies and build time dependencies are declared separately from each other as "requires" and "build_requires" respectively. ExtUtils::MakeMaker, Module::Install, and Module::Build have their own parameters to pass the appropriate values to the installer and the META.yml file. Please consult the respective docs.
