Subject: Add .prove file to default MANIFEST.SKIP
The test-suite "prove" command leaves a .prove file in a distribution's root directory if it's asked to save state: it would be nice for this to be on the default MANIFEST.SKIP file in the same way that cover_db is.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Just make sure it doesn't also block .proverc.
