Subject: missing dependancy
EBook::Tools requires HTML::TextToHTML, but that module doesn't exist anywhere on CPAN. Also, it's listed as a hard requirement, but looking in your code, it actually appears to be an optional requirement since you check for its existence before using it.

This is no longer a hard dependency as of 0.5.0 (but I haven't replaced it yet for text conversion, so you'll still want to find a copy if you plan to convert older books).
