Subject: Some recommends dependencies are really build_recommends
There are several dependencies listed in the META.yml which are clearly not required at runtime by Math::GMP. Can you please move all of the following from "recommends" to "build_recommends"? Test::Pod Test::Pod::Coverage Test::YAML::Meta and anything else that is only needed by the test suite, but not the actual Math::GMP code itself? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, everything in that section will be moved to "build_recommends" next version.
