Subject: No license details in tar ball
This new package is missing license and copyright details in distributed tar ball. I guess this is `the perl5 license' (GPL+ or Artistic), however it would be better to state it explicitly.

Oops; my bad on that one. I'll fix for _08. There may be a slight delay on a _08 devel version as I'm waiting for perl5 core to sync with the dual-life changes, before I go diverging history any more. Show quoted text

Yeah; it's a basic extraction of the perl5 core code, so whatever licence is in there. -- Paul Evans
