Subject: close() does not issue clean exit command
after $session_obj->close; the session stays active.

I've updated the code for Net::Appliance::Session so that if a "disconnect" macro exists, then it is sent to the device when the close() method is called. I'll upload this to CPAN soon. Many thanks for the bug report and for your investigations which helped. regards, oliver.
