Subject: commit ae3e30dee7a016cc90139c59f1257669d9e25081 breaks Makefile.PL, bundling related
Result of some manual bisecting: At commit ae3e30dee7a016cc90139c59f1257669d9e25081 some bundling changes were done and since then Makefile.PL throws this: D:\cpan\ExtUtils-MakeMaker>perl Makefile.PL Parameter to use lib must be directory, not file at my/bundles.pm line 54 Could not open 'bundled/README/README.pm': No such file or directory at lib/ExtUtils/MM_Unix.pm line 2636.

Got it, sorry. It was picking up bundles/README as a bundle.
