Thanx for the report. My home-grown program which checks for pre-reqs
had a bug in it, in that it didn't check programs whose names ended in
capitals - i.e. /PL$/ - and hence it didn't check Build.PL and
Makefile.PL.
I'm releasing V 2.06 right now.
