Bug #71874 for Test-WWW-Selenium: Test::WWW::Selenium (1.25) fails at test phase

Hi, I was installing WWW::Selenium (1.25) with cpan and the Test::WWW::Selenium (1.25) module failed at the testing phase. So I forced the install.
