I've added a range of parameters to the sendfax command, as well as a
faxcover command that works in a similar way to the Hylafax faxcover
executable.
Added sendfax parameters:
fromuser
comments
faxnumber
fromcompany
fromlocation
fromvoice
jobinfo
regarding
tagline
tocompany
tolocation
tovoice
touser
The faxcover command takes a path to a postscript template as well as
hash of options, it will then return a string containing the cover page
postscript.
