This module appears to be obsolete, since recent versions of
Module::Release includes support for both subversion and Module::Build
out of the box.
I'm filing this as a bug, since it would be useful if this was spelt out
in the POD for newcomers to Module::Build who come across
Module::Release::Extras (even though they might figure it out for
themselves shortly).
