Subject: pod-coverage test fails - stops install
The Pod::Coverage test fails and keeps the dist from installing. If you moved the file to xt/release/pod-coverage.t then you can run it yourself before releasing (using `prove -lr xt`) without causing failures on users' machines. Pod::Coverage is typically considered an author/release test since it doesn't test whether or not the code works and doesn't need to block an install.
