search.cpan.org is not the "homepage" of the module. "Unknown" in the
page doesn't mean the license is unknown to everybody - it's just
unknown to the search.cpan.org system.
As the document says, the module is licensed under the Perl license,
there's nothing that needs to be "fixed".
