According to http://search.cpan.org/dist/HTTP-Server-Simple-Authen/ License is unknown According to man page This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself. As I plan to include this package in fedora/EPEL repository, please fix the package home page. Remi.

search.cpan.org is not the "homepage" of the module. "Unknown" in the page doesn't mean the license is unknown to everybody - it's just unknown to the search.cpan.org system. As the document says, the module is licensed under the Perl license, there's nothing that needs to be "fixed".
