The documentation for this module doesn't say much. As a user I need to know what it *does*.
I enabled the tests by putting [Test::Perl::Critic] in my dist.ini, I saw a 't/author-critic.t' test
happen, but now what? Is there a report generated somewhere? What tests were run? It would
be valuable to put that info in the docs.
