Hi,
Parsing `dewiki-20110831-categorylinks.sql` fails as timestamps are
encoded like '2011-08-20 11:42:33' but MediaWiki::DumpFile::SQL maps
the timestamp type to 'int' and then fails to parse the literal as int.
