There's no RV svtype

Issue #1: The inheritance graph at the start of the document for 12 and 14 show SVt_RV, but it was removed in 5.12. Issue #2: I'm not sure why the historical and future values of svtypes (6, 8, 10 and 14 but not 12) are included in each of 8, 10, 12, 14. I think they should be removed. If not, then the values for 12 should be added.

Issue #3: REGEXP was added when RV was removed, but it does not appear in the graph.

The graph was replaced with a table some time ago, and I added a sentence in svrv to explain the ROK flag vs SVt_RV: The seperate SVt_RV was replaced in 5.12 with <a href="#sviv">SVt_IV</a> and a SVf_ROK flag. Show quoted text

12 did not really change anything depicted here besides the OOK flag, which is mentioned. I don't treat it as seperate version. -- Reini Urban
