Subject: perl-tags should ignore .git/.svn/...
The perl-tags script should ignore VCS special dirs/files. I expect the following command to ignore such files/directories: perl-tags -d 1 lib -- Olivier Mengué - https://metacpan.org/author/dolmen https://github.com/dolmen/
